Privacy Policy

Pace Scheduler is an enterprise office-visit scheduling application for the
Pace São Paulo office. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account: name, corporate e-mail, role, hashed password.
- Bookings: visits/room reservations you create, attendees (name, e-mail,
position, company), dates/times, questionnaire answers.
- Uploads: profile photo and attachments (images, documents, audio voice
messages) you add to bookings, tickets, or messages.
- Notifications: a device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push)
so we can notify you about bookings.
- Image rights consent: when an attendee accepts (or declines) being
photographed or filmed during a visit, we record the decision, its date and
the consent version — before their access badge is shown.
- Biometrics: fingerprint/face sign-in happens entirely on your device
through the operating system. We never receive, store or transmit biometric
data — the device only tells the app "verified".
- Technical logs: basic request logs (IP, device/user-agent) for security.
- Web analytics (website only): anonymized Google Analytics on the web app.
The mobile apps do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Why we use it
- To provide the scheduling service (contract).
- To send notifications you opted into (consent).
- To keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the app: Firebase Cloud
Messaging / Apple Push (notifications), our own server hosting, and e-mail delivery
(Resend). Not with advertisers.
Public event invites
Organizers can share a public invite link showing an event's program (title,
date, times and agenda blocks). These pages never include attendee or requester
names, e-mails or any personal data, and the link can be revoked by replacing
its code.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and booking data while your account is active. You can
delete your account and personal data in-app (Profile → Delete Account), or by
e-mailing privacy@pacesched.com. Deletion is
processed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time via the app or the
contact below.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed (argon2), sessions are protected,
and uploaded files are access-controlled.
Children
The app is for corporate use and is not directed to children under 13.
